Serviced Weekly & Monthly Rates

Serviced units are available for weekly and monthly rates. Serviced unit prices are inclusive of Rent, Electricity, Water, Internet, Linen and Cleaning Service.

Please note that for all bookings made online through our booking engine a transaction fee is added to the rates shown below. Also please note that the security deposit for weekly and monthly stays will be collected at the time of check-in, not during the online booking process.

What’s the difference between Home, Premium and Ultimate Studios?

All our Studios are the same size 39sqm. All have a kitchenette, a private balcony and a private bathroom.

Views: The higher floors have better views as a general guide.

Furniture Colour: Located on levels 2 & 3, Home studios are a natural teak colour. Located on levels 4, 5 & 6 Premium studios are a dark oak colour. Ultimate studios are a lighter wood colour.

Additional Information

• Your room will be allocated according to availability. Please make your special requests in your booking email and we will try our best to accommodate for them.
• One month’s rent will take you from the 1st to the 30th or 31st (whichever is the last day of the month.) It is NOT from the 1st to the 1st. Similarly, if you start renting on the 12th, one month’s rent takes you up to the 11th of the following month. Not the 12th.
• Rent and refundable Security deposit are required in advance for weekly and monthly stays.
• Kindly request your bookings no more than one month in advance.

Note for all Guests

• Guest Check in: After 14:00pm
• Guest Check out: Before 12:00pm
• Limited to 2 Adults per room. For additional guests, we have extra beds at an extra charge of 500 baht per person per night. Maximum of one additional guest per room. (Only 1 extra bed fits.)
• Children over 9 years of age are counted as adults.
• Service/Cleaning Times are between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
• 200 Baht Key Deposit. Refunded when keys are returned at Check out.
• Early Check-in and Late Check-out are subject to availability and will incur a charge.
• Strictly NO Smoking. Please note that by Thai law, smoking of all substances is not permitted in any of our guest rooms or common areas. Our non smoking policy covers cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vaping, bongs (other smoking vessels) and marijuana. A 2,000 THB room cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy and smokes in a guestroom.
