What are the hours of reception?
Sitara Place reception is open from 8:30am to 21:00pm, Monday to Saturday. Sundays and Public Holidays 8:00am to 17:00pm. All reception staff speak good English and Thai. They can assist you with travel information and any other queries. For after hours emergencies, residents can contact the on-call manager and our 24 hour security guards. After hour check-ins are also welcome.
Is Smoking Allowed?
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room and common areas. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vaporizers and marijuana. In addition lighting incense and burning coils is also prohibited inside the room. Smoking is permitted only on your private balcony.
What is the closest M.R.T (Subway) Station?
Phra Ram 9 Station is a 7-10 minute walk from Sitara Place. We also have a free Tuk Tuk shuttle on weekdays between 8:00am to 5:00pm to drop you at the station
How do you get from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Sitara Place?
The easiest and fastest way is Taxi. Its about a 30 to 40 minute drive on the express way. It costs between 300 and 400 baht depending on traffic. You can also catch the airport link train from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Makkasan Airport Link Station. Then change to MRT Blue Line and catch the train 1 stop to Phra Ram 9 MRT Station. From there its about a 10 minute walk to Sitara Place or a short taxi/tuk tuk ride.
How do you get from Don Muang Airport to Sitara Place?
The easiest and fastest way is Taxi. Its about a 30 to 40 minute drive on the express way. It costs between 300 and 400 baht depending on traffic. You can also catch the new Dark Red Line train from Don Muang to Bang Sue Grand Central Station. Then change to the MRT Blue Line and catch the Train from Bang Sue all the way to Phra Ram 9 MRT Station. From there its about a 10 minute walk to Sitara Place or a short taxi/tuk tuk ride.
What languages can you speak?
The Sitara Place team can speak English and Thai. The Hotel Managers can speak Hindi and one can speak some Japanese.
